How to Use

Apply 5–10 drops to the inside of your forearms and wrists once nightly at bedtime. Rub in gently until absorbed.

Start at 5 drops. Adjust up or down based on how you feel.

The oil is milky white and will naturally separate. Always shake well before use.

The oil feels grainy or looks white — is that normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. The oil can have a slightly grainy texture, which dissolves quickly when rubbed into the skin. The oil may also appear milky white due to the ingredients. Always shake well before use, as it can naturally separate between applications.

    Enjoying the benefits of the progest sleep with melatonin. I still love the progest calm cream a bit more as far as feel when I apply it. But I do get an immediate calming effect from the oil as well and I feel like it has helped with sleep. I would just love to see the dropper with something more precise for measurement of the 5 drop serving or 10 drop serving. My drops seem to really vary in size, a ml line on the dropper would be helpful! Thank you for another great product!

    Great product! I’m starting to sleep a little better, definitely getting a deeper sleep! I truly believe since taking this product my body was able to get into Ketosis, I have tried for month prior with no luck. Also my cycle was way less painful and no breast tightness!! Very happy so far!

    Full disclosure that I have not tried this particular product yet but Karen’s other products are well formulated with clean ingredients. And they have amazing customer service.     Definitely works..make sure you shake it before every application! Helps me sleep all night long and I can adjust the does AND I’m getting some progesterone when I’m off of my daily progesterone the last two weeks of my cycle. Wouldn’t hurt even if I wasn’t. Great product Karen!

    This product works. It’s easy to use and highly effective. I use days 21-28 of my cycle. It knocks me out and calms me within 30 minutes of applying. I was taking melatonin alone. Now I don’t have to. It’s an incredible product. There are “experts” out there who criticize these products as not effective as pharmaceutical grade. What a disservice if people listened to them. I love Karen Martel products and they work.

    Progesterone heps me up rather than calms we down and Melatonin calms me down for sleep. So I couldn’t use the product early in the day due to melatonin and I couldn’t use it late due to the progesterone (for my physiology). It’s probably a good product for someone else but for me , I used it 2x and needed to stop
